Where are you based?

I am based in Canada, all ordered are shipped from Canada!

Do you do local pickup/delivery?

Yes! you're in the metro vancouver area I can meet you somewhere or come deliver on my motorcycle. Please DM me on instagram for local purchases/

Shipping:

I am currently only offering shipping within Canada and US. Any taxes, fees, or tariffs upon arrival is to be paid by the buyer/receiver. 

I've made a mistake with my shipping address!:

If you've made a mistake with your shipping address please let me know ASAP and I can change it as long as the order has not been shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be sent out within 7 days of order!

Returns and exchanges:

All items are considered final sale upon fulfillment. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the order doesn't match what you ordered e.g: missing item, damaged item, different item. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery only if apparel size does not fit, I will not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind. Shipping fees or any taxes/tariffs cannot be refunded by the seller.
